To meet the customer energy saving requirement, we used the advanced Line burner system, to the plasterboard drying line. Burner use the swirl design, being approved by many times of CFD modulating and testing, to achieve the temperature and fluid uniformmity.
Commissioning have been finished, and the system is putting on use.

Benefits to customer:
1. Saving natural gas consumption about 10-20m³/h.
2. Uniform temperature, improve the plasterboard quality
3. More stable temperature
